Payment Plans!

The PSC has ordered water districts to provide payment plans for customers who have accumulated arrears between March and December 2020.  These plans are for a time span of a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 24 months.    These payment plans will only be available for the arrears during this time.  Current balances must be paid or disconnection can occur.  If the payment plan payments are not paid then disconnection can occur.  Please contact the office to set up your payment plan if you have a previous balance.  If no contact is made with the office, by default, a 6 month plan will be assigned to your account.  If you have any questions please contact the office at 270-525-6333.
