Summer Leaks

Did you know leaks don’t just occur in the cold winter months???  Leaks can occur in the warm summer months also.  When the ground warms up, it expands.  This expansion can put pressure on the water line and cause breaks.  Thus leaks happen.   Some come up to the surface of the ground; while others remain hidden.

If you notice lower water pressure than normal, wet spots in the yard, or water running in ditches (when it hasn’t rained), please contact the water office at 270-525-6333.   Your participation helps us provide the best water service possible.
